Children's church is divided into three groups, Preschool-Kindergarten age, 1st-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grade. We love the kids that come through our doors and the Heavenward Childrens Church team consider it an honor to be able to share God's truths and the love of Christ with them!

 

And we believe that it is our most blessed opportunity to teach these children the Truth of Gods word.  All of our teachers and volunteers are background checked to ensure your child’s safety and security.  We have junior volunteers and teen helpers who are involved in our Childrens Ministry team as well, a wonderful opportunity for our children to be a part of such a special ministry, growing in the Lord as they take part in the bible lessons and stories. 

 

We use “the Gospel Project” as our curriculum.  Students are taught from the same passage each week at a developmentally appropriate level, and learn how the whole Bible directs back to Christ’s work on the cross.
